The basic principle of our company is the satisfaction and trust of our customers, through the fulfillment of their defined requirements and expectations for quality before and especially after the sale or installation.

 

DEEPSEA is committed to systematically cover the stated needs of its customers, trading products and providing high quality services, delivering the products and providing the services in the agreed quantities, at the time, in the place and at the most advantageous price, in compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory requirements in Greece and abroad.

 

DEEPSEA achieves the above through:

  7. The continuous effort for continuous improvement of products, services and processes which is its main concern and the philosophy of each of its executives,

  8. The implementation of a Quality Management System according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.

  2. the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System,

  3. the optimal management of resources.


 

It is the duty of every employee to ensure Quality in all of the company's activities. For this reason, the commitment applies that all employees, depending on their responsibilities, are informed about the System, work and act with evidence, according to the established rules. Processes and actions that do not guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives are stopped immediately by those in charge, cause analysis is carried out and the required improvement measures are defined.
